I recently took over the coordination of our locator service with lnstant Locate.
Since doing so, I have been impressed with the professionalism and support of
Kevin Mooar and lnstant Locate. I requested to revamp our entire script, as well
as update our database more frequently. The work has been performed quickly,
and cost effectively. Most importantly, I didn't need to labor to get this accomplished lnstant Locate handles everything for us!
Evaluation and return on investment is an important aspect of any business. Our

Dear lnstant Evaluate,
I want to let you know how valuable the lnstant Evaluate service has been to the
South Texas Region. Stylists, managers, owners and myself now have an easy
way to always know what our customers are thinking. Customers tell us what
they like and dislike, and we can respond accordingly.
I feel that our customers appreciate the direct communication line to
management. It allows them to compliment, complain or make suggestions in a
format that is easy to use and that they are comfortable with. Once we respond
to their comments, our customers know that we care about what they think. Our
region is now more able to resolve service opportunities before potentially losing
a valued customer.
In addition to helping with our customers, lnstant Evaluate is also a valuable

I would like to take a moment to commend and thank you for all your help in implementing Team GB&T and GB&T Cares. Your patience during the development and implementation process is greatly appreciated.
Our first endeavor, GB&T Cares, has now been up since April of 2006 and we have experienced a great response from our external clients. It is comforting to know that all the hard work and training that has been put around customer service excellence has paid off. This system not only provides us with real time information, but certainly keeps our team members on their toes.
With the valuable information provided to management by GB&T Cares, we implemented Team GB&T to monitor the success of our internal customer service. We put this program in place a couple weeks ago and have already had over 90 internal surveys taken. Again, we feel this is a true success.
In both instances there was concern of resistance by our team members, however, with your recommendation on roll out, we experienced just the opposite. Team members openly solicited feedback from our internal and external clients.
Before implementing Instant Evaluate, we interviewed several other providers. We are very pleased that we partnered with you and Instant Evaluate. We have found your product to be the most efficient, flexible, timely and cost effective. Equally important, however, we have found your levels of customer service to be outstanding.

I want to express my appreciation for everything Instant Locate has helped Major League Baseball accomplish during the last five years. The automated service really helps fans find our products, and our retailers are very pleased.
We have also benefited greatly from Instant Locate's ability to go beyond just a store locator. It was invaluable in helping us launch the MLB Authentication program. In addition, without the automated locator service, I don't think we could have won Best Licensor Promotion for two consecutive years -we refer thousands of fans from each game to nearby locations that sell our products. It also helps us partner with regional retailers to create excitement and sell products for our jewel event, the All-Star Game.
We now include our store locator number in our commercials and print ads; we have even displayed the number on the Jumbotron during ball games. It really is a great tool for us.
But the benefit I appreciate most is how easy it has been. You made implementation simple for us, the store locator has been our easiest marketing initiative to maintain, and it is one of the most cost-effective marketing tools we have ever implemented.
